I am influenced by the present moment. Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to learning more about myself by taking various types of classes and workshops - theater, stress management, yoga pre-teacher training, shamanic courses, meditation teacher training, Reiki healing, vocal coaching, and many more.
Alongside that, years of customer service, hospitality, and people-facing administrative work taught me how to meet people where they are, and how much a single interaction can shape someone's experience.
Through this, I've accumulated perspectives, stories, relationships, and life lessons to shape the purpose and presence I record in each script.
